Steve Martin moment
I know there are worse tragedies in the world, but I am still aching from the embarrassment I felt as I walked home from church yesterday and realized that the black nylons I was wearing with my grey top and black skirt and black shoes were actually NAVY BLUE (or should I say, "navy blau?"). I am sorry to anyone that felt awkward as you perhaps glanced downward and felt a little bit of empathetic shame for me. I will look more closely next time...or maybe turn on the lights when I get dressed on a Sunday morning! Sporting his "navy blau tuxahdo"
