Heroes and Thanksgiving
You'd think that since I've just been sitting around for 4 weeks, exercising my seemingly non-existent patience, waiting for time to heal my neck, that I'd find plenty of time to share my thoughts. But, until today, I couldn't think of anything worth sharing. However, tonight I am feeling lifted by heroes all around me. Thank you to the heroes that took my daughter to the temple this morning and even bought her lunch on the way home. Thank you to the heroes that took my son with your son to the football game, then gave them your credit card to go buy themselves some snacks!! Thank you to the hero that invited my homebody son to do something on a Saturday night. Thank you to the hero that hired my fledgling babysitter and made her feel like a superstar. Thank you to the heroes that have called or visited and gotten an emotional earful and loved me anyway. Thank you to the brother in law hero that has given his all taking care of his dying wife.
